World events continue.  Stay calm!  Be positive!  Send prayers to all corners of the earth.  All prayers are heard and picked up by the forces of Light.  You are a part of the whole and truly needed.

New Millenium Musings

Diane Nagorka photoAs you grow, as you mature, and as you walk on the path of evolution, it is wise to remember that along with the head, you also have a physical body that needs to be tended, that needs to be cared for, as well as what you put into your mouth, in the way you exercise, in the clothing you wear and so on and so on. If you watch a child you will find little takes place in the mind and much activity takes place in the physical body. As the human matures the process seems to reverse itself and there is less activity in the physical body and a great deal more in the mind. Now we do not speak of those adults who are forever children, we are considering you and those who are more enlightened and who are at a point of mind usability. Accept if you will the thought that there must be balance between the mind and the body. The mind is the activator and the body is the recipient. Be at peace with your life and maintain balance in all things. When there is balance, the mind is healthier, functions better and the body is able to do the same.

Q & A

graphicWhat is the best form of meditation?

The best form of meditation is one that works for you. One size doesn't necessarily fit all. You might try the following:
 1. Sit quietly with eyes closed in the same location, at the same time, daily.
 2. Focus on a spiritual motif..
 3. Explore that motif until you flow through it to new meanings.
 4. Follow where it leads, no rush, no hurry.
 5. The time to close is when you sense the time is right.
 6. Slowly open your eyes and go about your daily routine.

"We are to be fruitful as well as faithful. We need growth in all areas of life - there is no steady state. Our talents, money, time and resources are all God's gift to us and should be used well."
